Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand business opportunities and build strong customer relationships for premium sustainable packaging and material solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, consultative selling, and account management within premium product segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of premium packaging and material solutions across furniture, marble, gifting, lifestyle, luxury décor, mirrors, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, décor consultants, premium brands, and enterprise customers.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Coordination
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and market developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, customized solutions, and order execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
