Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate events, and integrated campaign solutions.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s service offerings, including creative strategy, audience acquisition, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships to generate repeat business and sustainable account growth.
- Lead end-to-end pitching efforts.
- Collaborate with internal creative and execution teams to design high-impact, insight-led solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to proactively position new offerings and innovations.
Strategic Account Oversight:
- Maintain senior-level relationships with key accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
- Provide strategic direction during project kick-offs to ensure solutions align with the original business pitch.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions & commercial closure.
