Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

Location: Wakad, Pune (On-site Monday to Friday)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result oriented Inside Sales Executive with a
strong focus on lead generation and pipeline building. This role involves identifying
and prospecting potential clients, generating qualified leads through research and
multi-channel outreach, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities
into customers. The candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by
building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and
CRM tools
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Prospect and engage decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, and senior
stakeholders
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, social platforms)
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain and update accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and track opportunity progress
Follow up with leads consistently and close sales deals effectively
Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to meet business
targets
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/ PGDM degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Lead
Generation
Proven track record of generating leads and driving sales initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Good understanding of sales strategies, funnels, and conversion techniques
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling ERP/SaaS-based BI/Analytics solutions
Familiarity with SAP/ERP/financial products or solutions
Experience with lead nurturing tools and automation platforms
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
