Thermal–CFD Engineer

Role: Thermal–CFD Engineer

Experience: 1–3 years

Eligibility & Qualifications

● Master’s degree in Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Thermal Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields

● Strong fundamentals in heat transfer and fluid dynamics

● Experience with Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) simulations

● Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, MATLAB, or similar

● Experience with data analysis and interpretation of simulation results

● Good hands-on knowledge of CFD tools, especially OpenFOAM

● Experience in electronic cooling or motor cooling is a strong advantage

Job Responsibilities

● Perform flow and thermal analysis on electric motors, controllers, and associated subsystems

● Support, plan and conduct thermal and performance tests on motors, controllers, and related components

● Analyze simulation and test data and prepare technical reports

● Collaborate in a highly interdisciplinary environment, working closely with design, integration, and validation teams to drive engineering decisions
