Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives for our electric truck segment. The role involves identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with logistics companies, fleet operators, and enterprises to integrate Transvolt’s electric trucks into their operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and experience in logistics or commercial vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard B2B clients such as logistics companies, 3PL providers, e-commerce players, and manufacturers.
• Pitch Transvolt’s electric truck solutions for logistics operations, showcasing cost efficiency and sustainability benefits.
• Understand client logistics requirements and design customized mobility solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging segments within logistics and EV freight.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent networking and industry outreach.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, commercial vehicles, or electric mobility.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
