ERP Next Engineer

ERPNext & Frappe skills:

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customisation and implementation
2. Strong experience with Frappe Framework architecture and customization
3. Should have experience with Custom DocType creation and modification
4. Strong hands on experience with Creation of workflows, print formats, and custom fields
5. Development of Client Scripts & Server Scripts
6. Should have experience with Role & permission management
7. Reports and dashboard customization
8. Ability to handle end-to-end ERP implementation projects independently
9. Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Backend & Frontend Development skills:

1. Strong proficiency in Python
2. Good understanding of Frappe ORM
3. REST API development and integrations
4. Integration with third-party systems (payment gateways, logistics, etc.)
5. Background jobs & schedulers management
6. Strong knowledge of JavaScript
7. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
8. ERPNext Desk customization
9. UI enhancements and form scripting

Database:

1. Strong experience with MySQL / MariaDB
2. Query optimization and performance tuning
3. Data migration, patching, and backup handling
4. Data validation and integrity management

Functional Knowledge (Mandatory):

1. Strong understanding of Accounting (GL, P&L, Balance Sheet)
2. Sales & Purchase cycle knowledge
3. Inventory management processes
4. CRM workflows
5. HR & Payroll basics
6. Manufacturing process understanding
7. Ability to understand and map business flows into ERP

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

1. Linux server management
2. Bench commands and environment setup
