About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical issues promptly.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

0 to 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or related roles.

Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi.

Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of safety protocols and basic troubleshooting techniques.
