Job Title: Events & Exhibition Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Events & Exhibition Designer with hands-on experience in the exhibition/event industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing visually compelling exhibition stalls, booths, and experiential spaces, along with creating engaging 3D walkthroughs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design exhibition stalls, booths, and experiential spaces based on client briefs
2. Develop 3D designs, layouts, and presentation concepts
3. Create high-quality walkthroughs and visual presentations to showcase design ideas
4. Collaborate with business development and client servicing teams to understand requirements
5. Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with brand guidelines
6. Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure execution feasibility

Requirements:

1. Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition/stall design work
2. Proficiency in design tools: 3Ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite
3. Experience in creating 3D walkthroughs and basic video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar tools)
4. Good understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes

Educational Qualification:

1. HSC / Graduate (any relevant field)
2. Certification in Graphic Design or related field preferred
