Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist who will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, KPI/KRA tracking, employee engagement, and HR processes. The role requires someone who can balance operational HR responsibilities with strategic people initiatives to support a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Build talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
2. Performance Management
- Design and manage employee performance review processes.
- Develop and track KPIs and KRAs for different roles.
- Support managers in setting measurable performance goals.
- Conduct periodic performance discussions and feedback cycles.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively across teams.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance processes.
4. Employee Engagement & Development
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
- Identify training and development opportunities for employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR support.
5. HR Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop HR processes that support business growth.
- Analyze HR metrics related to hiring, retention, and performance.
- Work with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
● Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR processes.
● Strong understanding of KPI/KRA frameworks and employee evaluation systems.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
● Experience working with startups or early-stage companies.
● Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
