About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional to join the Founder's Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can seamlessly transition between strategy and execution.
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder on the company's highest-priority initiatives. From evaluating new business opportunities and launching strategic projects to building operational frameworks and driving cross-functional execution, you will play a critical role in accelerating business growth and enabling effective decision-making.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that key business initiatives move forward efficiently while enabling the Founder to focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, and business intelligence studies.
- Develop business cases for new growth opportunities, product categories, and market expansion initiatives.
- Support annual operating plans, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning exercises.
Founder Enablement
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Founder on critical business decisions.
- Prepare decision-making frameworks, business analyses, and actionable recommendations.
- Track and drive execution of key priorities across departments.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous situations and proactively solve business challenges.
Business Operations & Analytics
- Build and maintain business dashboards, performance trackers, and operational reviews.
- Analyze business metrics across growth, marketing, operations, product, finance, and customer experience functions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
Special Projects
- Lead strategic partnerships and external stakeholder engagements.
- Support fundraising activities, investor communications, and board meeting preparations when required.
- Drive high-priority "0-to-1" initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Operations, Brand, Finance, Marketplace, and Customer Experience teams.
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum on company-wide strategic priorities.
- Facilitate communication and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Consulting, Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Startups, or high-growth consumer businesses.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Ability to independently manage and execute projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, Consumer Brands, E-commerce, or Marketplace businesses.
- Exposure to financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management.
- Experience working closely with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.
