Role Overview
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Manager / Growth Hacker to identify, validate, and build new growth avenues beyond existing business channels. This role focuses on discovering and driving new opportunities through category expansion, strategic partnerships, market expansion, innovative business models, and new revenue streams.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where growth opportunities need to be created from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across product categories, customer segments, geographies, partnerships, and business models.
- Assess adjacent product categories and untapped market opportunities that align with the brand's positioning and long-term vision.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands, retailers, platforms, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Explore and build new revenue streams through B2B initiatives, institutional sales, licensing, co-branding, subscriptions, and emerging commerce channels.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer trend studies to uncover high-potential growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to launch and scale new ventures.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute significantly to business growth and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Founder’s Office, Venture Building, Category Expansion, or related functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify scalable business opportunities.
- Experience evaluating markets, building partnerships, and launching initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making approach with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in startups, high-growth companies, consulting firms, or founder-led environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Exposure to consumer brands, D2C, retail, e-commerce, or emerging business models is a plus.
