Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a proactive HR professional to lead people operations at our Bangalore office.
The role covers hiring, campus recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and
compliance management. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and can balance
strategic initiatives with on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives and relationships with institutes.
• Lead employee engagement and retention programs.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, and HRIS.
• Ensure all HR statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Develop and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Support leadership with performance management and training plans.
• Act as a trusted HR partner ensuring transparent communication across teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or startups.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance.
• Proven record in recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and execution-oriented.
