About the Role:
Taurus Mutual Fund looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive Mutual Fund sales through the IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) channel. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new IFAs, building strong relationships, increasing AUM, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Acquire and onboard new IFAs and financial distributors.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, NDs, and banking partners.
● Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions for distributors.
● Drive sales and mobilization across all mutual fund schemes.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Increase market share and business growth in the assigned territory.
● Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor network.
● Support distributors in generating higher investments and AUM.
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
● Ensure compliance with sales processes, regulations, and company policies.
● Organize distributor engagement programs and promotional activities.
● Prepare and deliver effective product presentations.

Eligibility Criteria :
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
● NISM VA Certification is mandatory.
● Relevant BFSI certifications will be an added advantage.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in Mutual Fund sales through IFAs, National Distributors, or Banks.
● Total experience of 5–8 years in sales, relationship management, or wealth management.
