Role: Founder’s Office
About the Role
The Founder’s Office Associate will work directly with the founders on strategic priorities, execution of key initiatives, and operational problem solving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable taking ownership of high-impact projects. The individual will act as the founder’s right hand, helping translate ideas into structured plans, ensuring smooth execution across teams, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Insights - Work closely with the founders on strategy development, market research, and growth initiatives, conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity assessment. Prepare business reports, strategy documents, and decision notes for leadership discussions. Support founders in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas
2. Execution & Program Management - Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across departments. Coordinate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance. Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables for critical initiatives. Track project progress and ensure timely execution and accountability
3. Operational Efficiency- Help streamline the founder’s workflow, meetings, and priorities. Structure processes to improve team coordination and productivity. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
4. Data Analysis & Decision Support - Analyze business metrics, growth KPIs, and operational performance. Build dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic decisions. Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
5. Stakeholder Coordination- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment. Represent the founder in meetings when required. Ensure clear communication and follow-up on action items
6. Special Projects - Lead high-impact initiatives such as:New market entry. Strategic partnerships, Product launches, Process automation, Internal strategic projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, startup operations, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong ownership mindset and high work ethic. Comfortable working in a high-speed startup environment
Technical Skills
● Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
● Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
● Familiarity with data analysis and business dashboards
Preferred Background
● Experience in startup ecosystem or high-growth companies
● Exposure to consulting, strategy, or operations roles
● Experience working directly with senior leadership
