About Company:
Client is building Rare-Earth-Free electric motor and controller systems that are Engineered, Manufactured, and Deployed at scale. As a deep-tech company redefining clean mobility and energy through Rare-Earth-Free innovation, we are now looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who can support and accelerate our marketing operations.
This role is suited for someone who thrives in a high-ownership startup environment, enjoys taking initiative, and can operate seamlessly across content, design coordination, digital marketing, and on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
Content, Social & Brand Communication
- Assist in planning and executing content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, website, newsletters, and emerging platforms.
- Write, edit, and publish blogs and emailers that reflect Chara’s engineering-led and fact-driven positioning.
- Support the creation of case studies, application stories, and long-form technical blogs to strengthen website performance and SEO.
Design & Creative Coordination
- Create basic creatives, infographics, and first-draft visuals using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Coordinate with external designers or agencies for high-quality visual assets, ensuring consistency with Chara’s brand guidelines.
- Manage creative workflows, revisions, and timely delivery.
Digital Marketing
- Track social and website analytics; generate insights and recommendations.
- Implement SEO best practices across blogs and web pages to improve discoverability and performance.
- Support SEM and paid promotion campaigns; coordinate with external agencies as needed.
- Maintain and improve content hygiene across the website.
Video & Media Execution
- Assist in scripting, shooting, and editing simple videos (product explainers, behind-the-scenes, events).
- Work with video partners/agencies for larger productions.
Events, Expos & Coordination
- Support planning and execution of marketing activities at domestic industry expos.
- Coordinate with vendors for booth setup, collaterals, and content.
- Handle logistics, execution checklists, and on-ground requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Work well under pressure and tight timelines, prioritizing effectively.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and initiative to all marketing efforts.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand communication (B2B/tech/startup preferred).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO and comfort working with analytics dashboards.
- Basic understanding of running or coordinating digital ad campaigns (SEM/social).
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Figma; Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
- High sense of ownership, bias toward execution, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
