Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new markets, and build strong client relationships for premium sustainable packaging and material solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals with enterprise and premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of premium sustainable packaging and material solutions across industries such as furniture, marble, gifting, lifestyle, luxury décor, artifacts, and related sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, décor consultants, premium brands, and enterprise clients.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand business opportunities.
- Position sustainable material solutions as premium alternatives to conventional packaging products.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities to increase revenue.
Key Account Management & Market Intelligence
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and customer retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, production planning, and customized solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, customer feedback records, and business performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and managing enterprise or premium client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong business development and consultative selling capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Existing network with architects, interior designers, premium brands, luxury décor businesses, or enterprise clients.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to sustainable materials, packaging solutions, luxury products, or design-led industries.
