Position: Sales Associate – Hygiene (Field Sales)
Role Objective
Drive revenue growth through on-ground field sales by expanding chemical consumption, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships across assigned food service outlets, while ensuring basic hygiene compliance.

Location - Delhi NCR (Local candidates preferred; extensive daily field movement required)
Language Requirement
Proficiency in local / regional language is mandatory
Key Responsibilities (Sales-Centric)
- Execute daily field visits to assigned restaurants, QSRs, hotels, and commercial kitchens to drive sales growth and account expansion
- Own revenue targets for the assigned territory through increased chemical consumption and repeat orders
- Build strong relationships with outlet managers, chefs, and procurement teams to influence buying decisions
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new products, additional SKUs, higher dosing requirements)
- Convert service interactions into commercial discussions and sales closures
- Identify new outlets, chain expansions, and referral opportunities within the territory and onboard them
- Support renewals and prevent churn through proactive engagement and value selling
- Position hygiene solutions as business-critical products that improve operational efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to convert leads into active revenue-generating accounts
- Resolve customer issues promptly to protect revenue and ensure account continuity
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Field Sales / Institutional Sales / Hygiene Chemicals / HoReCa Sales
- Proven ability to sell on the field and manage multiple customer accounts
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
- Experience selling to restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, or institutional clients
- Comfortable with daily travel and on-ground target-driven sales environment
- Diploma / Graduate (Hotel Management, Science, or Business preferred)
- Proficient in using mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital reporting systems
