Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about written and verbal content creation, is interested in digital platforms, and wants to work on real-world marketing projects in the fast-paced world of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for blogs, campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Marketing Strategy: Support in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Pitch Support: Assist in creating and delivering compelling pitch decks and marketing presentations for clients and investors.

• Event Coordination: Help organize marketing events, tech meet-ups, webinars, and client-facing sessions.

• Marketing Collateral: Design or coordinate the creation of brochures, case studies, one-pagers, and other branded assets.

• Website Management: Update and manage the company’s website and other digital assets to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.

• Competitor & Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and provide research insights to support marketing and positioning efforts.

• Internal & External Communication: Help manage newsletters, PR releases, media outreach, and email marketing.

• Pitch Call Assistance: Would need to conduct calls with prospective clients, and present the company deck.

• Lead Generation: Use of tools, platforms such as LinkedIn to garner relevant leads, followed by lead qualification.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• A creative thinker with a good eye for design and messaging.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, SEO basics).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a strong plus.
