Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving strategic revenue growth by combining your inside sales expertise with a collaborative approach across both sales and marketing functions. You will proactively engage with senior decision-makers, including founders and CXOs, using a consultative sales approach to turn cold leads into warm opportunities and guide them through the sales process to closure. Your role will involve building long-term relationships while providing valuable insights to shape and optimize marketing campaigns.
You will:
- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Drive outbound cold calls with confidence, building trust with founders and CXOs
- Apply a consultative sales approach, understand client pain points and position solutions effectively
- Collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize campaigns based on valuable field insights.
- Convert cold prospects into warm leads through consistent engagement and strong follow-ups
- Provide feedback from the field to improve the sales pipeline and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience (B2B sales experience is preferred).
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, especially with senior leaders and founders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- A solution-oriented, consultative approach to sales.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with a focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
