About the Role:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive new business growth by partnering with
large enterprises to solve critical supply chain and logistics challenges using technology.
This is a high-impact consultative sales role where you will work closely with CXOs, supply chain
leaders, and operational stakeholders across industries to design and deliver enterprise-grade
visibility solutions.
You will own the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and building
relationships to solutioning, negotiations, and deal closures.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex

Enterprise Hunting & Business Development
● Identify and build relationships with large enterprise accounts across industries.
● Understand customer supply chain challenges and uncover digital transformation
opportunities.
● Build strategic account plans and drive pipeline generation across regions and sectors.
Consultative Selling & Solutioning
● Work closely with customers to design tailored visibility and logistics intelligence
solutions.
● Conduct impactful product demonstrations and business presentations for CXO-level
stakeholders.
● Build strong business cases around operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supply
chain predictability.
Deal Management & Revenue Ownership
● Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
● Manage complex multi-stakeholder deal discussions and commercial negotiations.
● Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
● Build long-term trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
● Drive account expansion opportunities and ensure strong customer engagement post
onboarding.
● Act as a strategic business partner for enterprise clients.
Market Intelligence & Cross-functional Collaboration.
● Stay updated on logistics, supply chain, and SaaS market trends.
● Work closely with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver
exceptional customer outcomes.
● Share customer insights and market feedback to influence product direction and business
strategy
What We’re Looking For
● 3–4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, logistics tech, supply
chain, or enterprise solutions.
● Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder
discussions.
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
● Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior leadership teams.
● Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
● Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
● Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively.
Preferred
● Prior experience selling into supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or industrial
sectors.
● MBA or equivalent business exposure is a plus.
Profile Type:
● 3-4+ Years of Experience (Preferably minimum 02 years in sales)
● Pure SaaS Sales candidates only
● Must have handled long sales cycles (7-8 months)
● Experience in end-to-end sales (prospecting → closure)
● Roles like Account Executive / Enterprise Sales preferred
● Should be comfortable with travelling
● Logistics / Supply Chain experience is a plus
Deal Size & Revenue Exposure:
● Must have closed deals of 25 Lakhs ARR or more per deal
● Should have managed multiple such deals
● Overall experience of handling 1 Cr+ ARR revenue
